Rising Star operates as a multinational organization aligned to U.S. standards and market requirements, with planned domestic manufacturing expansions in Central California (2026) and Central Texas (2027) to improve regional availability and reduce lead times.

We provide a full range of PVC piping systems for pressure and non-pressure applications, including AWWA C900, Schedule 40 and 80, SDR35/26, and gasketed and solvent-weld products engineered for critical service environments.

Quality and consistency drive our operations. Our manufacturing processes follow ASTM and AWWA standards, supported by structured quality control, in-house testing, and full production traceability. With more than 30 years of combined manufacturing experience, we maintain strict material control and disciplined process management to ensure reliable performance and regulatory compliance.
